The above pictures were recklessly shot with a mobile in two hands, no kidding :D

Now irrespective of whether the police man wears a helmet or not... you must make it a habit to "use the helmet" and "rear view mirror" (don't use visibility as an excuse to skip wearing the helmet)... ultimately, you do it for your own safety !
